The first time up, she’d passed Uncle Skelly on the mid deck. That really didn’t bother me as much; it seems more realistic for a character to be ambitious beyond her generation than ,ost history to change its course in other parts.

Constance begins to love the colonies. It would have made no difference to the core of the story, however, it would have added Okay. What Drew and his bride do share is a strong faith in God and an attraction that just might grow into something more.
